Granulated garlic has a thick, cornmeal-like texture. It does not contain the same “heat” that is found in fresh garlic, as this dissipates in the drying process.
Suggested Use: Add it to your dry rubs or wet marinades in order to add the signature garlic aroma and flavour to any food.
