Select“Login/Signup” at the top of the screen. You will need to enter your first name,last name, email address, and create a password to sign up.
Submit your order using our new web platform. Simply search by department or keyword, and select your desired items. Once you have selected all the items you want, choose a pickup or delivery time and check out.
All online orders currently only accept payment with Visa or Mastercard credit cards.
The $20 refundable credit card hold is added to your order to account for any differences in price when we pick your order.
For example if you choose to allow the substitution of a product that costs $2 more than the original item, we will process the order and return $18 (20 - 2) to you.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept gift card payments online. If you would like to use a gift card that was purchased in-store, please contact us for more information.
Shipping and Pickup
We deliver to Richmond Hill, Markham, Vaughan, Scarborough, Toronto, East York,North York, York, Mississauga, and Brampton. We are unable to accept any delivery orders outside of those city limits. If your postal code falls outside of the 10km store radius, we will contact you in advance to let you know of any potential delivery fee increases so that you can accept or cancel your order.
You will receive an email on the business day before your order is ready, reminding you about your order and what time you can pick it up. On your scheduled day of pickup, please come by the store at any time within your pickup hour and park your vehicle in one of the designated purple parking spaces at the east end of the building. Call the number on the sign (905-881-7811 x656), and give the staff member your full name. The order will be brought to your car shortly.
You will receive a text or email on the business day before your order is ready, reminding you about your order and delivery. Our delivery window is 10 am – 2 pm, or 2 pm – 5 pm, Monday – Friday.Delivery is contactless, and can be left at your front door, on your driveway,in your building lobby, etc. Please ensure that you leave a note in your order about your preference, and if you have a buzzer code to an apartment, make sure you let us know what it is.
Please note that at this time we are unable to give you any specific ETA’s as to the exact time your order will arrive on your day of delivery.
You can select your time slot at the cart before checking out. The delivery driver will arrive within that window so please have someone available to receive the order.
Please check the confirmation emails you receive upon placing your online order, your date of pickup/delivery will be there. If you do not pick up your order at this time on your scheduled day,your order will be cancelled and there will be no refund for the pickup fee. In-store pickup is free! Delivery is $9.99, although customers living outside of the 10km store radius maybe required to pay an additional fee if the distance is significant. You will be contacted in advance to make sure you are okay with any extra charges.
Please let us know 24 hours in advance if you need to change your pickup or delivery date or time. Any orders not picked up within the time slot will be cancelled. If an order is not able to be delivered, the order will be cancelled, minus the delivery fee.
We will happily fill all reasonably-sized orders (big family? No problem!), but we reserve the right to refuse orders that are unreasonable in nature for a typical grocery store order (for example, more than a typical case size of an item). Our store is not set up for such deliveries and we want to avoid disappointing our customers by depleting inventory on a single order. If you process an order on the website that we're not prepared to deliver, our Customer Service team will contact you to discuss an acceptable alternative.
We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, so if you encounter any issues contact us and we'll take care of it!
You can order several units of the same item but please know that we will limit quantities of certain items at our discretion in order to ensure that other customers have the opportunity to purchase them.
Due to understaffing and order volume, we are unable to reach out to you on the morning that your items are picked. Allowing substitutions may help ensure most items are received.

Please keep in mind that at this time, some items are difficult to keep in stock due to high demand or ongoing supplier shortages. If you are particularly in need of a certain item, please make an order note allowing for substitutions you are willing to accept.
Sorry, but we are not currently able to fill bulk orders (such as more than 12 units of any one product) for pickup or delivery. To place a bulk order, please call (905)264-2510. All bulk orders must be picked up in-store.
You are able to make modifications to your order up until 12pm the day before your scheduled pickup or delivery. Visit My Account --> My Orders to make modifications. Keep in mind that making modifications to your order may result in you having to change your pickup or delivery timeslot, items that are not available may be removed, and items may reflect new pricing.
We only have a certain number of spaces per time slot, therefore we can not have more than one order per person, per time slot. If you need to make modification to your order, please go to "My Account" --> "My Orders> --> "Edit or Cancel." If we notice more than one order per time slot for the same customer, we will contact you by email and cancel one of them.
