Ingredients: Whole Grain Cooked Millet (Water, Whole Grain Millet)*, Cooked Lentils*, Expeller Pressed Oil (Coconut, and/or Canola, and/or Sunflower, and/or Safflower)*, Date Paste*, Dried Apples*, Hemp Seed*, Psyllium Husk Powder*, Arrowroot*, Redmond’s Real Salt*, Maple Syrup*, Ground Fennel Seed*, Black Pepper*, Sage*, Thyme*, Smoked Paprika*, Rosemary*, Cinnamon*, Nutmeg* *Organic

Suggested Use
Cooking Instructions: Pan / Stove Top: Heat 1 tsp oil in a skillet. Cook frozen patty on medium heat for 4 minutes on each side. Oven / Toaster Oven: Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Place frozen patty on baking sheet. Bake for 5 minutes. Flip and bake another 5 minutes. Microwave (1100 W): Place 2 frozen patties on a microwave safe plate. Microwave on high for 1 minute-1 minute 30 seconds, turning patties over halfway through cooking time. Heating times may vary depending on wattage and may need adjusting. Keep frozen.
