Cook Time: 3 minutes; makes 1 serving. Stove Top: 1: Bring 1 cup water to boil in small saucepan on medium-high heat. 2: Add rice noodles, powder seasoning and oil seasoning. Cook 1 minute, stirring frequently. Remove from heat. 3: Let stand 2 minutes or until noodles are tender. Stir before serving.
