Directions Keep frozen. Cook thoroughly. Cooking instructions: 8 Mins: Stovetop: Heat 1-2 tbsp of vegetable oil in non-stick frying pan over medium heat. Cook frozen burger, covered, for approx. 7-9 mins, turning once halfway through cooking time until browned and hot throughout. 3 Mins: Microwave (1000w): Place 1 frozen burger on a microwave safe plate, microwave on high for 70 seconds turn over and cook for another 70 seconds. For 2 burgers, microwave for 4-5 mins turning once halfway through cooking time. 9 Mins: Oven: Preheat to 375°F. Place frozen burgers on non-stick baking sheet and bake for approximately 8-10 mins, turning once halfway through cooking time until browned and hot throughout. Remember: Let rest for 2 mins before serving. Do not over cook - it's not meat! Cook until internal temp is 165°F (minimum).
