Organic sprouted brown rice, organic sprouted lentils, organic red peppers, organic dry onion flakes.
- Combine 1 cup (250 mL) Country-Harvest Organic Brown Rice with 2 cups (500 mL) water in medium saucepan.
- Bring to a boil over high heat then reduce heat to medium-low. Cover and simmer 30-35 minutes or until water is absorbed.
- Remove from heat. Stir in oil or butter, add salt and pepper to taste.
- Cover and let stand 5 minutes. Fluff with a fork before serving.
