This pizza actually gets its own fan mail. We start with a blend of feta cheese, basil and organic spinach, spread over our hand-stretched thin crust. Then we top it all off with melty mozzarella.

Storage Keep Frozen Instructions Oven cook - From Frozen. Directions: Cook from frozen. Consume immediately after heating. Do not refreeze. Preheat oven to 220ºC/425ºF. Remove pizza from overwrap and place directly on the oven rack. Bake for 12-14 minutes. If a softer crust is desired, place pizza on a baking tray and bake for 13 - 15 minutes. Let stand 2 minutes before serving. These pizza are pre-cooked. To prevent burning, check often after reaching the beginning of the recommended cooking range. Oven vary, so please use these instructions as a guide only. For fan-assisted ovens, cooking times should be reduced. For best results refer to manufacturer's handbook.
