Tikka Masala is a bold and brightly coloured sauce inspired by the cuisine of northern India. Tikka masala is the most popular Indian dish in the UK. Perfectly seasoned with a lot of warm whole spices, it goes great on vegetables, meats and lentils alike. Thought it traditionally uses yogurt as the base, we made it dairy free by using spices and lime juice.
