Measure 1 cup of pasta to 2 cups of water.
Bring water to a boil and then add pasta and reduce to a simmer.
Cover and cook for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Drain pasta and if desired, rinse with cold water.
Add your favourite sauce or simply top with olive oil and roasted garlic.
