Ingredients: Whole Grain Cooked Millet (Water, Millet)*, Kale* and/or Spinach*, Expeller Pressed Oil (Coconut, and/or Canola, and/or Sunflower, and/or Safflower)*, Potato Starch, Ground Flaxseed*, Hemp Seed*, Sea Salt, Apple Cider Vinegar*, Dried Onion*, Hemp Protein Powder*, Thyme*, Granulated Garlic*. *Organic
Directions Keep frozen. Cooking instructions: Pan/stove top: Heat 1 teaspoon oil in a small saute pan. Cook frozen patty on medium heat for 3 minutes on each side. Oven/toaster oven: Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Place frozen patty on cookie sheet. Bake for 5 minutes. Flip and bake another 5 minutes. Grill: Place frozen patty on grill and heat for 5 minutes on each side. Microwave: Not recommended.
